Good price/value ratio!
Overall, it is a good place given the price. It is clean and has all the necessary stuff to live, like a kitchen and bathroom. The bus stop is in 6 minutes on foot. Good wifi. A direct bus to the UChicago area was important for me.
The location is not for tourists' purposes, unless you rent a car. It is around 40 minutes by public transport to downtown. I wouldn't walk around after it's dark outside. There was no kettle in the kitchen. The locker to the bathroom (shares) stopped working at some point.
