Overall, it is a good place given the price. It is clean and has all the necessary stuff to live, like a kitchen and bathroom. The bus stop is in 6 minutes on foot. Good wifi. A direct bus to the UChicago area was important for me.
The location is not for tourists' purposes, unless you rent a car. It is around 40 minutes by public transport to downtown. I wouldn't walk around after it's dark outside. There was no kettle in the kitchen. The locker to the bathroom (shares) stopped working at some point.

Cerca a la estación de bus y metro, llegas en media hora al downtown, es rápido y cómodo, no hay ruido en la noche.
La limpieza, el congelador olia horrible, el baño mechanics falta una limpieza profunda, del mismo modo los muebles en la casa se notaba que no han sido limpiados en muchísimo tiempo.
