D'Smart Living Homestay, Service Apartment

The house is clean, tidy, quiet, comfortable, and offers good privacy. It's conveniently located—about 15 minutes to UPM via the highway, making travel easy. The key handover process was smooth and hassle-free. Basic amenities were thoughtfully provided, including shampoo, body wash, towels, and a sejadah. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and sweets—thank you! The building itself has great facilities such as swimming pools, a ping pong table, gym, and laundry area, which added to the overall comfort of our stay.

However, the checkout time is earlier than most homestays, and additional hours are chargeable. Also, details about the checkout rules and the security deposit were only shared after payment, which would have been helpful to know in advance. The pillows were slightly flat, but still manageable.
