Over all nice and good

1. Good location. 2. Good parking spots. 3. Easy to communicate with cs.

1. One dirty toilet when we check in, need to inform cs for cleaning arrangement even after we checked in. 2. One bedroom is like the maid room and without air conditioning. And separate from the main living room, like besides the washing machine area. It is quite hot and narrow inside the room. 3. Quite long waiting time for the lift, even when there are three. 4. The neighbours are like students, which are quite noisy singing and playing music loud at night, around 10pm+++, which is quite annoying. And they are not closing their grille door, and every time we want to walk through the corridor, we need to help them to close their door. If not, their open door was blocking the walkway. 5. There is a tower with stain, not sure is lipstick stain or what, which I just kept it aside, didn't use. 6. There house is quite smelly with blocking piping/ water smell/ toilet smell.

Nothing to say bad all is excellent good

Everything is very good, so we manage ourselves and no comment, no complaints at all tq
