Very nice little villa, splendid private swimming pool, tastefully built and decorated. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

Nothing.

We loved that the Villa was secluded in the middle of olive trees and a vine yard. We enjoyed the sound of the cicadas all day long, and had little visitors like butterflies and birds. The garden is so peaceful with almost complete privacy. We laid in the sun, then cooled down with the outdoor shower and in the pool. Watched the most perfect sunset directly from the backyard. We used the BBQ one night as well. The kitchen was equipped with all you need, and the AC helped as well for a cooler room temperature for sleep. Comfy bed, and we watched Netflix sometimes from there on the TV. Overall, everything super new, modern and private, just what we needed for our week stay. The hosts Aristea and Kostas were exceptionally kind, Aristea always responded quickly to our questions and sent the coordinates beforehand so we could find the location easily, and Kostas took care of cleaning the pool for us. We are truly grateful for all their help and hospitality and for having us there at this one of a kind property! We will hopefully be coming back again soon, and can wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone longing for a calm and relaxing holiday on the island Crete! Thank you again for everything!

Das Ferienhaus ist einfach fantastisch. Es liegt in einem Olivenhain und man hat wirklich nahezu 100%ige Privatsphäre sowie eine herrliche Ruhe. Der Ausblick auf die Olivenbäume, Weinreben und Berge bzw. sogar Meer in der Ferne ist wunderbar. Der Pool im Garten ist so toll und viel größer als es auf den Fotos scheint. In dem Garten mit bequemen Liegen, einer Außendusche, schönen Terrasse und sogar mit Grill kann man viele entspannte Stunden verbringen und richtig abschalten. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist sehr neu, extrem sauber und modern und schlicht/"clean" eingerichtet. Zwei nagelneue und effektive Klimaanlagen sorgen für Abkühlung innen. Die Betten waren gut und das Schlafzimmer ist mit einen Smart-TV ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank samt Gefrierfach ist groß. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, einen Kontakt-Grill, eine Kaffee-Maschine, einen Ofen und zwei Herdplatten. Auch die Waschmaschine ist super praktisch. Das Highlight ist aber definitiv der Garten samt Pool - einfach traumhaft! Kostas & Aristea sind beide sehr freundlich. Kostas hat uns regelmäßig den Pool sauber gemacht und geholfen, wenn es nötig war. Bei der Ankunft stand ein gekühlter Wein und etwas Obst bereit. Immer montags kommt der Gärtner für eine kurze Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls gut, auch wenn die Anfahrt ein klein wenig holprig ist die letzten 2 Minuten. Man fährt nur wenige Minuten zur Autobahn und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In die Innenstadt Rethymnos sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Insgesamt einfach eine herrliche Location für eine Auszeit.

Am liebsten hätte ich 10/10 vergeben, ich muss aber wenige Kleinigkeiten bemängeln: Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist etwas spärlich. Zum Beispiel fehlen solche Dinge wie Waschmitteltabs, etwas Salz, Pfeffer, Öl oder Geschirrhandtücher. Ich denke es wäre für die Vermieter kein Problem hier einen kleinen Vorrat zur Verfügung zu stellen, sodass man das im Urlaub nicht extra alles kaufen oder mitbringen muss. Auch ist das Wifi manchmal nicht so gut gewesdn und der Wasserdruck teilweise sehr schwach. Das ist aber Kritik auf sehr hohem Niveau. Ansonsten ist das Haus wirklich perfekt und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

The location is isolated and very nice. It is new, clean and beautiful. Small but comfortable. The host was very responsive and made the property as quickly as possible after we booked in the last minute. The pool and garden are beautiful even though it was still cold for us to get in. There is even a bbq on gas in the garden. The host also offered late check out which was nice and considerate.

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and also nothing in the kitchen like salt or oil from last visitors so you need to come prepared with everything you’ll need. Also no capsules or coffee for the coffee machine. The gardeners came in the morning and took care of the garden while we were there so it felt a bit non-private and they made some noise but I guess I can understand that.
