Casa Brown - con piscina privata -

This is an absolutely gem. Nestled away in a mediaeval mountain town, newly renovated property full of charm. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are extremely comfy and the location is second to none. In addition it has the most incredible garden with new Pool. Easy access to bars and restaurants just steps away. We rented properties for almost 30 years and this has to rank in our top three. We can’t pick between them because of the differences in location and experience. This one is so good that we plan to come back.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti tra il 14 e il 16 agosto in questa casa ristrutturata da poco, ottime rifiniture, elettrodomestici di marca e una zona esterna con barbecue e piscina veramente accogliente e rilassante, adatta anche per party immersa nel centro storico. Data la struttura dell'immobile (muri spessi) tenendo le finestre chiuse durante il giorno si può godere di un fresco in tutta la casa. I letti sono dotati di materassi di ottima qualità mai trovati in altre strutture in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Data la posizione strategica, la casa dispone di un ulteriore uscita che porta direttamente nel centro storico, dove poter visitare il duomo, e fare acquisti di ogni tipo. L'accoglienza di Lorenzo, responsabile della struttura, è stata ottima e per qualsiasi necessità è stato molto disponibile e celere. Abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere anche la Sig.ra Donatella, proprietaria della casa, persona molto raffinata e cordiale che ci ha messo a disposizione tutto quello che serviva.
