Casa Cordati

Perfect location right in the Old town. Room was massive. The building & art gallery were beautiful.

Nothing. We knew it was old style from the photos, so this was expected.

Casa Cordati is within Old Barga and therefore very central. It is just a short walk from Fosso, which is the main area where buses to and from Barga stop. If you want to roam old Barga it is an excellent place to start. I was just expecting a room but instead what I got was a suite. I was spoiled rotten so I tried my best to keep it clean and tidy. For food you are a short walk from several eateries and the local supermarket is only a few minutes away. In essence I was residing in a museum cum art gallery and was able to roam around some very impressive rooms. Looking outside you have the sights of Old Barga (Barga Vecchia) and outwards to the amazing terrain of Tuscany.

The Casa Cordati suited me very well. That might not be the case if you have mobility issues in which case make sure to ask for a room nearer the ground floor.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! I am very satisfied with everything. The host was kind and very helpful, and the apartment had all the amenities I needed, such as a fridge, hair dryer, kettle etc. The city is beautiful, and I was able to park my car in a free public parking area just a few minutes away from the property.

Super netter Besitzer, man lebt quasi in einem Kunstwerk und gefühlt in einem kleinen alten Schloss, wenn es dort Geheimgänge und Geister gäbe (positiv gemeint), würde man sich nicht wundern. Bequemes Bett, Kocher und Besteck usw. vorhanden, tolle Sicht (vor allem vom Klo), gute Lage

Heizung war sehr laut (ging immer an und aus, was beim Schlafen doch gestört hat, liegt vllt aber am Haus)
