Ningmas Garden By Sidhi Hospitality Experiences

Ketut, who owns and/or manages the property, was really helpful and responsive, especially with arranging a motorbike rental late in the evening, and with guiding the Gojek to the property (I brought Ketut's attention to the fact that the address is Ningma's Garden on Bookming.com, but they refer to it as Ningma's Villas, and the address on the web is slightly different to that on Google Maps, which he said he will fix). The place feels like a magical little retreat in the rainforest, with no sounds other than the trickling of the fountain into the pool, and the singing birds. The room is lovely, with a rustic feel, including an old-school kettle on a gas stove, and overall is well appointed. I would absolutely stay here again as it is fantastic value for money, the staff are charming, and the bed very comfortable, so this honest review is only meant to discourage those with exacting needs, but most guests will be thoroughly delighted!

The review would be a 10/10 if there were either mosquito screens, or the mozzie net didn't have a couple of holes and fitted the bed properly. Fortunately they weren't really around, despite the lush forest setting, but worth knowing in advance. There is no food onsite or mart really close, but the trade-off for the tranquility is more than worth it.

This is a charming little place with a nice little pool, very cheap and the hosts were friendly and kind

Ik moet kritisch zijn: Scooter kan niet op het terrein, staat buiten De kamer zijn enorm gehorig (je hoort de mensen naast je letterlijk praten) Gordijnen en klamboe waren best vies Veel beestjes Gordijnen laten licht door, smorgens vroeg ben je wakker Veel geluid smorgens vroeg in de omgeving (oa blaffende honden) Je hoeft er geen last van te hebben, maar ik moet het voor een ieder wel netjes vermelden.
