Perfect stay

We stayed in Federico's apartment for a few days. This apartment is in a perfect location. It is located a few meters from the beach. It is even possible to see the beach from the apartment which is very nice. The apartment offers all the possibilities we need during a stay. It is also very clean, well equipped, spacious and in perfect condition. Federico is also very available for every question we asked him. We highly recommend Federico's apartment. We will come back with pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Insgesamt ein tolles Angebot und sehr sympathische Vermietung.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenige Schritte zum Strand, alles was man braucht in Gehdistanz, genügend ruhig betreffend Strasse (leider war grad Nachbarshaus im Bau, aber das ist bald fertig). Helle Wohnung.

einzige Mängel: kein WiFi - Internet. Ventilatoren, aber kein AC -Gerät. In Küche fehlten Untersätze für Heisse Pfannen. Es hat keinen eigentlichen Balkon, aber evtl. kann man die Dachterrasse mitbenutzen. Das eine oder andere Bild könnte die Wohnung noch mehr aufwerten.

Struttura accogliente e spaziosa. Ben fornita e divisa dal mare solo da un attraversamento pedonale. Federico e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili.

Credo che manchi solo uno stendino.

La casa si trova molto più vicino al mare di quanto pensavamo, appena esci trovi già uno sportello per ritirare eventualmente denaro contante e a qualche metro tutti i servizi tra edicola, tabaccheria e per colazione ecc..

La struttura super consigliata! Il proprietario di casa, Federico , molto disponibile e presente per ogni esigenza! La posizione strategica, di fronte la bellissima spiaggia di varigotti , invece saraceni e malpasso con una decina di minuti di camminata , raggiungibile tranquillamente con una passeggiata.
