La posizione era perfetta a due passi dalla spiaggia e allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla. Servizi, ristoranti e bar vicinissimi e tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. La casa luminosa e spaziosa è rinfrescata da due fantastici condizionatori ( che con le temperature di questi giorni sono stati provvidenziali). L' host Federico è stato gentilissimo e sempre reperibile al telefono quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto o consigli.
La porta d'ingresso si chiudeva e apriva a fatica e l'ascensore era molto utile per il trasporto di borse, bagagli e spesa,... ma meno per le persone essendo strettissimo. I balconcini erano davvero piccoli e poco utilizzabili, se non per stendere gli asciugamani.

La posizione centrale, comoda a tutti i servizi, la professionalità del proprietario, bilocale comodo e confortevole, cucina attrezzata, lavatrice e ottima pulizia dell' appartamento.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenige Schritte zum Strand, alles was man braucht in Gehdistanz, genügend ruhig betreffend Strasse (leider war grad Nachbarshaus im Bau, aber das ist bald fertig). Helle Wohnung.
einzige Mängel: kein WiFi - Internet. Ventilatoren, aber kein AC -Gerät. In Küche fehlten Untersätze für Heisse Pfannen. Es hat keinen eigentlichen Balkon, aber evtl. kann man die Dachterrasse mitbenutzen. Das eine oder andere Bild könnte die Wohnung noch mehr aufwerten.
