Modern Navigli Apartment

Nice place, good location.

The host(s) chose to ignore our request for changing bed sheets. We stayed for 10 days in a hot weather, no extra set of bed sheets was available.

The apartment was meet with our expectations, there were big windows and the bed was really comfortable. The accommodation was well- equipped including towels,shampoo, body soap and umbrella. It was 30 min to get to the city center by public transport which was really comfortable.

Unfortunately entering the apartment was not easy as we had to call the host but his phone number was not correct. We had to ask local people to get in luckily, they were very helpful. Finding the key for the apartment was also complicated as there are many flats in the block of flats with a large garden.

Descrizione dell'alloggio poco dettagliata e non corrispondente al vero: al posto dell'aria condizionata c'era un semplice "pinguino" e un ventilatore in camera da letto. Per non parlare della scarsa accoglienza: assenti le cialde del caffè, l'essenziale per cucinare (come sale e zucchero), la spugna per i piatti, il detersivo per la lavastoviglie e persino gli strofinacci. Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto noi per poter utilizzare la cucina. Come se non bastasse, ci sono stati continui blackout dovuti a una fornitura elettrica inadeguata ai servizi dell'appartamento. Dopo aver contattato l'host per metterlo al corrente di questi problemi, ci ha rassicurati dicendo che avrebbe provveduto, ma nei tre giorni di permanenza non si è visto nessuno.
