Spacious room with natural light, corner sofa, comfortable bed, air conditioning, wardrobes, wifi, tiled floor, LED TV, kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, crockery, etc. Spacious bathroom with non-stop hot water, shower and new and clean facilities. Very clean everything. New and quality furniture. Everything exactly as in the pictures. The area is beautiful with old buildings and great architecture, the Navigli canal offers a superb promenade area with restaurants and terraces at every step, large Carrefour Express and Conad City stores very close. Genova Metro Station is 12 minutes away.
Oops, there's a lot to say here: The lock pin was sent wrong, I got another one and picked up the key. We found that the oven, stove, TV and air conditioner were not working. I called the owner, it was very difficult to fix only the stove and the oven, the TV still doesn't work, neither does the air conditioner. Very weak wifi sometimes you have no internet connection. We were shocked at the entrance, you enter the room directly from the sidewalk of the street. The location is a former commercial space converted into a studio. Shocking is that there is no window for ventilation. If you want to air out the studio, you have to leave the door wide open and passers-by are one step away from sitting on the couch next to you. Don't feel safe! Very noisy area with dodgy people drinking beer and smoking "Mary's" leaning against buildings until late at night and standing on the step you enter the studio (you always say excuse me when you go in or out of the studio), a small shop, wall in the wall, which is open until 1 AM. Opposite is a strip bar, customers drink and smoke outside making noise until 3-4 am. The studio is not soundproof, the music from the bar, people's shouts and voices, horns, everything can be heard inside, it's like sleeping in a bed placed in the middle of the street! We couldn't sleep the whole time. From my point of view, I do not recommend.

Cama muito boa e tem ar condicionador
Ferro de passar roupa não funciona, tv não conseguir assistir (não sei se era o problema no controle remoto) não tem máquina de lavar , no anúncio diz que tem porém na casa não tem máquina de lavar fiquei chateado por isso mandei mensagem sobre e fui ignorado! É sobre a taxa de turismo ele me cobro 9,50€ por dia achei muito caro mais como já tinha pagado e se cancelasse não teria reembolso do valor então além de pagar taxa municipal com o booking eu paguei mais 95 euros no link que ele me mandou no WhatsApp como (taxa de turismo) hoje estou em outro apartamento e paguei apenas 3 euros !
