Ein schönes altes Haus mit großem Garten, in dem riesige Bäume stehen. Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, etwas fit sollte man daher sein. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank nochmal 🤘. Die Ausstattung war so, dass wir nichts vermisst haben. Etwas schade fanden wir, dass TV + WLan nicht funktioniert hat. Dafür gehört zum Haus sogar ein eigener Tennisplatz und auf dem Zimmer liegen Bälle und Schläger. Das sieht man auch nicht alle Tage. Kostenlose Garagen gehören zum Haus. Durch die Hochlage von Lanzo d‘Intelvi ist die Anreise mit eigenem PKW empfehlenswert. In der Nähe gibt es ein paar nette kleine Restaurants, die man teilweise gut versteckt sind. Ein paar Tips von Einheimischen helfen da sehr. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zufrieden.
Nachts ist das Grundstück sehr dunkel. Eine Außenbeleuchtung wäre wünschenswert.
