B&B Domo Mia

Il B&b è molto carino e curato, gli spazi sono ampi, sia nella camera in cui ho soggiornato che negli spazi comuni, ci sono più tavoli che permettono un po' di privacy anche se tutte le camere sono occupate. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima a fornirmi un tavolino aggiuntivo in camera su mia richiesta ed è stata particolarmente flessibile con gli orari date le mie necessità. Parcheggio interno privato che permette di stare in tranquillità e sicurezza. Lo consiglio assolutamente

Snídaně, která byla v ceně a proto jsme si také toto ubytování vybrali, se ukázala jako lež- jednalo se pouze o nějaké zabalené trvanlivé pečivo, viz.foto. Wifi nefungovala vůbec. Nefungovalo předání klíčů, protože nešla otevřít schránka s klíčem, když jsme to majiteli psali, protože telefon nezvedal, tak napsal, že dorazí nejdříve za 30minut, ale když jsme si šli sednou do vedlejší kavárny, abychom na něj počkali,tak dorazil dřív a klíče nám nechal za plotem. Když jsme chtěli ať chvilku počká, že přijdeme a ať se domluvíme, tak odjel, že nemá čas. Postel byla velmi malá, nebyly žádné lampičky a na stropech chyběly svítidla. Celé zařízení působilo dojmem, že není dodělané a ergonomicky dotažené.

The positives - the place was spotlessly clean; it was good to have secure parking; the aircon/heating system functioned effectively and quietly; and although we never met our host she responded promptly and kept in touch.

After I booked I got a message to say that the kitchen was only available for breakfast (although there is a microwave) and this was repeated on arrival. While we hadn't intended to cook, if this is so important it should be made clear before booking. There was cutlery and (limited) crockery but there was not a single utensil. Even if cooking is not allowed I would have expected a sharp knife to cut fruit/cheese/bread and a bottle opener and corkscrew. Breakfast comprised packaged croissants and biscuits and I was surprised that there were only two coffee capsules. I presume we would have been given two more if we had used them. It all seemed a bit stingy and definitely didn't meet the description of "A hearty Italian breakfast is served daily, featuring fresh pastries and juice." There was only one, somewhat firm, pillow each and the double "duvet" was a not very thick quilt with a nylon cover which reminded me of the zip-up quilts we used to get in Eurocamp 30 years ago, not what I expected, particularly in January. (Strangely, the single bunks seemed to have duvets with a proper duvet cover on them.) The shower looked good but was, in fact, too powerful. You can't swivel the shower head to the side nor point it directly downwards so it blasted straight towards your face and the shower doors, which didn't fit properly, were pushed ajar with the result that the floor flooded. Compared to our accommodation in Cagliari which cost much less this was definitely not value for money.
