Efxenia Villas Ammousa

This was honestly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! Everything was just perfect — the view, the peace and quiet, and the villa itself exceeded all our expectations. It’s brand new, very thoughtfully designed, and has absolutely everything you might need. The pool area was a highlight — we really didn’t want to leave. The location is quite remote, so you do need a car, but for us that was actually a big plus since we love this kind of peaceful getaway. It’s about 15 minutes to Vasiliki and around 30 minutes to Nidri. What I loved the most was the atmosphere — it’s so calm and quiet that you can truly switch off and relax. I felt incredibly peaceful there, and it made our holiday so much better. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that could be improved. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, comfort, and a home-like feeling after busy days at the beach.

Die Villa ist sehr sauber, modern, super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick von der Terrasse mit großem Pool aufs Meer war atemberaubend schön. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem und wir haben gut und sehr ruhig geschlafen. Insgesamt würden wir wenn möglich mehr als 10 Punkte vergeben, da wirklich alle unserer Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen wurden. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne kleine Buchten und Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in 10- 15 Minuten erreicht.

Brand new villas in the Southern part of the island. Calm surrounding. From our villa, we had a great view of the sea. The outside space is very spacious. The villa has all you need for a very comfortable stay for several days. Absolutely recommended. The last few metres of the access road were gravel, and during our stay, they laid tarmac on it - which is a big advantage in comparison to other places where the last mile can be very challenging in some cars or motorbikes.

Location is perfect, situated south of the island and surrounded by nature, the sound and continual sights of wildlife and hardly any neighbours but with easy access and a short 5-10 minute drive to the local villages, shops, Tavernas or beaches. We had some of the best and most authentic food locally so do check out the Tavernas in Ammoussa and Kontarena. The Villa is easy to reach and the instructions from the host were really easy to follow - we were met on arrival and shown around the Villa, told where key appliances were and given the key / access code. The Villa was spotless and had everything you could need, Nikolas and team have thought of everything! There were two bathrooms each with a toilet, shower and sink, and the stay included a mid week clean, change of sheets / towels and regular cleaning of the pool. The Villa and it’s pictures are exactly as described, with amazing views and some of the best sunset views on the island. Although the listing says it can sleep up to 6, we would say it comfortably suits 2 adults plus 2 kids. We would recommend staying here to everyone.

Nothing!! The Villa is perfect and has everything you need, the host is really communicative and on hand for anything you need. As you’re in Greece, you definitely need a car and should take out the best insurance due to the nature of the roads leading down to the Villa which are narrow / single track.
