About this villa rental
## The space
Step inside to find three bright bedrooms and three modern bathrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed, while the others feature rooms with two and three single beds. Each bathroom includes a bath or shower and a WC.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare fresh meals with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Air conditioning keeps you cool and Starlink WiFi (100–200 Mbps) ensures seamless connectivity. A laundry room has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
In the living area, settle into the sofa to watch satellite TV or play music on the stereo system. Start your day with a coffee on the balcony as sunlight filters through wide windows. Guests can arrange a massage on request to unwind after a day of exploration. The lush garden and patio invite both children and adults to relax or play freely. Enjoy afternoon naps under the pergola as cicadas sing their summer lullaby. Fire extinguishers are in place for your safety. A safe is available to secure your valuables.
Outside, a nine-by-four-meter infinity pool overlooks the Ionian Sea. The stone terrace links the pool, outdoor shower, and olive trees. It makes a perfect spot for a barbecue or a relaxing break. Toast with a glass from the wine cellar on the patio with provided wine glasses.

## Guest access
Guests arrive by car and follow a narrow, unpaved road for the final 50 meters. The villa has a private entrance and the path to the door is lit at night. Please note there is no step-free access or elevator.

Above all the VillasThalassa team with Barbara and her assistants were fabulous in every step of the journey: from giving us a perfect welcome with lots of super useful tips on places to go during our stay, to the absolute care in keeping our house always tidy and clean, thanks to their mid week scheduled cleaning.
All in all, super thumbs up, great property, fantastic swimming pool and a view to die for.
We liked it so much that we spent most of the time at the Villa, and didn't go out that much. We would cook meals in the kitchen or bbq outside, eat in the shaded patio and then at night we would stare at an incredible starry sky and see who could catch most shooting stars.

A narrow path leads you 600 meters to a secluded pebble beach framed by colorful dawn skies. From the terrace, gaze across the Ionian Sea toward Meganissi, Ithaca, and beyond. The cicadas’ song blends with distant waves, creating a serene soundtrack. For local errands or day trips, a bus stop in Sivota is 2.5 km away.

Park easily in the accessible car park with space for four vehicles. For public transport, the nearest bus stop is in Sivota, 2.5 km from the villa.

Pets are considered. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet. The owner performs proactive disinfestation in line with environmental laws. Contact with insects or small animals cannot always be prevented. An environmental tax of €15 per day is payable in cash upon arrival. Minimum stay requirements vary by season, and additional guest fees may apply for booking changes.

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni bellissimi. Abbiamo trovato per caso questa sistemazione senza alcuna segnalazione da parte di nessuno.. Solitamente affittiamo ville con vista per le nostre vacanze al mare. La nostra aspettativa è stata pienamente soddisfatta. La villa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Il panorama che si gode è meraviglioso e appagante. L'assistenza ricevuta è stata perfetta sia da parte dell'intero team dell'agenzia che da parte di Barbara che ci ha seguito e assistito per ogni necessità . Ci hanno fornito anche tutto il supporto per il noleggio di un gommone con skipper. La casa dispone di ogni confort e accessorio utile per la vacanza. La piscina era perfetta. Tutto è stato speciale. Abbiamo girato molte spiagge; quella sotto casa non è molto agevole da raggiungere come già indicato nella descrizione della casa . Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione.

It was our second time in Villas Thalassa. This time in cozy Atokos. Amazing hospitality once more from the whole team! Everything we wanted we had the fastest response. The house is very well equipted and the layout so comfortable. The villa has an indescribable view and it was so quiet and nice that we did not want to leave the property at all! We highly recommend this villa and will definitely return to Villas Thalassa in the future....
