Very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. If you stay inside it’s lovely. Great for a cosy night in.
Outside areas weren’t the best. Very shabby and not somewhere you want to sit. The LazySpa was barely warm and the size of a kids paddling pool probably only big enough for 2-3 people.
Also the property isn’t easy to find. We had to call the vendor for directions, as it’s not very well described on the website

Perfectly placed for my family with my daughters school nearby, clean, warm, excellent mattresses and quality sheets. Despite the horrendous weather we had a great time.

It was a beautiful lodge. Spotlessly clean. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The Christmas tree and Quality Streets was a lovely touch. The toiletries were also great! 😊 Really helpful owner.
The location. It was fine for us as we have a car, but it is a little remote. It is on a farm with lots of caravans / mobile homes stored there.

The property was well laid out, with plenty of room for 4 people
Obscure location, surrounded by building works and a site dotted with mobile homes, caravans and plant. No signage at the track entrance or along the lane. Didn’t meet the owner at all and when we tried to call, went to voicemail a couple of times and unable to message. Clearly designed as a park home, but lacking atmosphere eg lots of empty display and storage units, only 2 hangers and no mirror close to sockets, so not easy for my wife to do her hair.
