Il mio alloggio era bellissimo e super pulito (venivano ogni giorno a pulire). La posizione ottima per raggiungere in macchina le spiagge più belle, vicina al centro di Chania e a mezz’ora/ 40 minuti dall’aeroporto.

It was our honeymoon but we stayed for only 1 day. even though the owner left a bottle of wine and a very very sweet note! it was amazing! also, a nice surprise was a garage next to the entrance door to our apartment! also, it had a drying rack and an umbrella for the sun! we got a great value for our money, we stayed in a small apartment where the bed is next to the kitchenette. Also, they let us check in early!
the bed was very uncomfortable, rock-hard. the biggest surprise was bathroom (toilet together with shower) door which was pretty sheer and had a pretty big gab between the door and the wall so we could not only hear but also see other person on the toilet.

The stafff were super understanding and would reply right away to my requests..super nice staff
The room was cleaned daily and location was perfect also love that theres parking.
The mattress need to be changed . They are really uncomfortable..super hard on the back
Also needs more things in the kitchen.
I had a pan but no spatula or wooden spoon ..also i needed to request for a wine opener ..
More facilities are needed ..
Maybe a broom and mop outside the room incase needed. Specially since we come from the beach .. my son puked 2x and i had nothing to clean it up with..
But they do come clean daily so atleast that helped me alot

Room was comfortable and very clean. Access provided by key in lockbox. Private parking a bonus.
I had to call the owner for check-in info, never met them. It would have been helpful if that was made clear beforehand. The room's ceiling was very low, maybe 6'5"- a concern if you are tall! It was rather dark, there could have been better lighting. The area seemed only ok in terms of safety, I just felt very disconnected with no contact with any staff.
