The location was very convenient for us, it was just a few minutes' walk to the underground station, and there was a bus stop right outside the door, providing easy access to all of London. The room itself is small but perfect clean and nice, featuring high-quality Egyptian cotton linen, towels, hairdryer, fan and a full range of toiletries, and a private bathroom. There was always hot water and good water pressure in the shower, which isn’t always a given in old English houses. The check-in and check-out is very easy and Catherine is an incredibly lovely person and was very helpful with everything. The area is quiet but has a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Just in the corner you can find Poilsh shop and Karolina is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, she made us some delicious packed lunches :). I also recommend to visit Yasmin Restaurant with Persian food and La Parra Tapas with Spanish food.
The bed was very comfortable but could have been a bit wider ;)

IThe location was incredibly convenient, situated in Zone 2 and very central. It was just a seven-minute walk to the underground station, and there was a bus stop right outside the door, providing easy access to all of London. The area has a great selection of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself was pristine, featuring high-quality Egyptian cotton linen, towels, hairdryer, fan and a full range of toiletries, and a private en-suite.

The room itself is on the cosy side, but comfortable. Nice bed, and a large en-suite bathroom.
Location was good given this was a last minute booking, but be prepared for a 40-minute trip into central London if taking the tube.
Room floor was dusty - not sure it had been swept or hoovered from previous stay.

good location-2o mins walk from Queens tennis. decent facilities and nicely presented. after some Comms difficulties helpful proprietor.
lots of stairs to navigate. very small room and bed with nowhere to sit. very steep steps down to bathroom with no handrail.
