La proximité . Par contre deux ventilateurs insuffisants par temps de canicule. fenêtre Velux dans le séjour et une fenêtre dans la chambre. Pas de possibilité de sortir la poubelle noire car il faut une pour le contenaire.
On nous accuse d, avoir laissé un appartement dégueulasse, pleins de vers et d, avoir bousillé le plan de travail. Faites comme nous prenez des photos entrant et en partant.car on n,a pas du tout apprécié . Ci joint les photos que nous avons prises avant de partir

Het appartement was prachtig, goede lokatie.
Het vinden van de sleutels en exacte locatie.
Maar ik had ook niet de mail goed gelezen met alle info. Daar stond de beschrijving goed in.

Mucho calor en días calurosos y ventanas no se pueden abrir para refrescar porque hay muchos mosquitos, siendo imposible dormir

A lovely apartment right on the river in Bergerac in a fantastic, central location beside the historic old town yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and there were nice touches like coffee pods, toilet rolls, cold water in the fridge all provided. The apartment also has a gated car park with your private space which is a huge bonus plus a lift to the second floor apartment.
As the apartment was on the top floor the windows in the sitting room were high up so couldn't look out. But the room was still light. Also no air-conditioning but 2 big fans provided which helped in 36°C temps!
