It's a new clean house, with modern amenities and superb view. Cool garden area, with hammocks, sunbeds. Location is quiet and peaceful, still very close to supermarket, bars, restaurants etc

We had huge wasps coming through air condition unit one day. We alarmed the owner but our alarm was dismissed as "impossible" and video proof was demanded. Not cool... The additional beds were not really comfy, good only for kids.

Beautiful outdoor setup, very peaceful, nice view of the mountain and sea. Isolated yet a short drive from Agios Nikolaos with good restaurants nearby. This will be a wonderful place once it is fixed up.

Beds were very uncomfortable (very thin mattress with massive springs). The unit also needs to be cleaned much better (dust, dirt, marks everywhere. Sheets were cleaned but blankets were not). AC had a weird mouldy smell, not pleasant. No curtains on the main door, so whole place is super bright at 6am. Shower did not work very well, sprays water everywhere For the price we paid, we really felt overcharged. Fine for a short stay, and I know the owner wants to fix up the place and make it better, but in the meantime for 6 days and 1800$, I felt like a cash grab and would unfortunately not recommend

Не вистачало штори над вхідними дверима. По факту лежиш на ліжку, як на вулиці. Але там ще щось доробляють. Думаю це справа часу.

You could enjoy your meals at the table sun lounge or hammock while enjoying the view. The kitchen was well fitted with appliances and basic salt pepper ect. Amazing sunrise. Good hot water, I don’t see the issue with the shower that people are complaining about, use the shower curtain?

The check in process was easy but getting information about the check-in process was not. I was ignored on booking.com messages and then the phone number on the booking wasn’t even the correct person for the checkin. I found it odd that I was having to go out of my way to get this information instead of being reached out to on that afternoon. This property was not correctly advertised. It is a studio, NOT one bedroom. I’m unsure how three beds could even fit in this place… The photos are very deceiving. The main bed felt like a fold out couch, not a real bed. There is also absolutely NO privacy! Where there was curtains, they were half see through. Then there were no curtains on the door and side window, anyone can see into the place as the studio as it’s right next to the main road. The curtain on the bathroom didn’t even fully cover the window. This was an uncomfortable experience as a young female who was staying there on her own. I ended up barricading the couch pillows and other furniture against the window and door while I was sleeping to try and avoid anyone being able to look into the apartment. Not to mention that the sun rises very early so if you need a sleep in, I hope you’re got your eye mask ready. I find it wild that it’s okay to have no curtains on windows of the room that is supposed to be the bedroom… Okay, now for the worst part. Putting the lack of curtains and tedious check in comms aside, the landlord had kindly agreed that I could checkout at 10:30 instead of 10. I understand that this isn’t entirely the landlords fault but this was an awful check out experience for me. I was sitting outside enjoying my breakfast at 9:55am when two cars pulled up. One with an elderly couple in it and another was a husband wife and two young kids. They all got out of their cars while they could see me sitting outside at the table and started to walk into the property.
