This 17th-century coach house is a perfect property for a romantic break and is ideally situated for touring Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire.. 12 steps to entrance.

Kitchen: Electric Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Small patio with garden furniture. Orchard and field (shared with owner). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps to the patio. Couples only.. This first floor apartment can be found on a leafy country lane in the Cheshire village of Betley, just outside the medieval market town of Nantwich. Set next to the friendly owners’ home, the property is wonderfully cosy and benefits from private parking and its own private outside space. Nantwich itself can be reached in around 15 minutes and is a pretty town bursting with cafés and red brick townhouses. Situated on the banks of the River Weaver it is famous for medieval timbered buildings, but also has a modern edge and uniquely an outdoor salt water pool open between May and September.
Nearby attractions include Bridgemere Garden World, 15 minutes, the Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker, 20 minutes or Stoke-on-Trent with the famous potteries and Emma Bridgewater Factory, 20 minutes. Keele University and Hall is just a short bus ride away, ideal for visiting family studying here. The castles of Peckferton and Cholmondeley are around 40 minutes away as is Hawkstone Follies Park. Alton Towers can be reached in around 50 minutes, and Chester in around an hour. A perfect touring base, the location is close to the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire with North Wales also easily accessible. Ample walking and cycling is available in the area. Shop and pub ½ mile, gastro pub 1¼ miles.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay in The Beehive. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very clean and, although small, there is everything you need as a base for your holiday. Wonderful views and charming beams and decor. The owners Diana and Ron are lovely and we really appreciated the welcome pack. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return in the future.
