✔We keep a first aid kit in the primary bathroom for minor cuts and scrapes.
✔ We provide fresh premium linens for each guest.
✔ We provide basic paper goods and consumables - paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges.
✔ Coffee & tea are included.
Additonal Items:
We do welcome dogs! Other pets will not be considered due to allergies. Must make a pet apart of your reservation for the fee to be applied. ($150.00/dog)
A signed waiver and rental agreement are required after confirmed bookings. A $35 damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $500. This protects both you and the property—no security deposit required.
Lost & Found Items - Accidents happen! We charge a $25 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance + 25% service fee. The remaining balance will be sent with receipt.

House was very clean. Owner was exceptionally responsive. Location is perfect for visiting Saint Augustine. Great backyard for chilling. We will be back.

The location is perfect for exploring St. Augustine. The house was spacious and the 6 bedrooms were comfortable. The host was accessible throughout our stay and communicated frequently. Our group really appreciated the snacks that were left for us. We have 2 recommendations that would make this a five star review. The primary recommendation would be for new/additional seating. The sofa in the den needs to be trashed. There was only one small spot where you could sit without sinking. Also, with the house accommodating 12 guests, there should be places for people to sit. There were only 4 chairs at the dining table and the kitchen table had a bench instead of chairs. There is one medium sized couch in the living room but room for a couple of occasional chairs. The couch in the den sat 4 at most. We would definitely stay here again but felt uncomfortable when at the house.
