The apartment has approx. 70 square meters and consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a living-dining room with a large balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bathtub. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm x 200cm and the other room has a bed 140cm x 200cm. The living room has a flat screen TV, music system, DVD player, dining area, seating set/sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a free parking space for your car and you can store your bicycles in the lockable garage. There is a barbecue area in the garden.
