Located on the hill behind the sea, between Recco and Camogli, Terrazza D'A ... Mare dominates with its terrace which is the undisputed protagonist giving the joy of a priceless view.
The apartment also has other important qualities and services, a spacious entrance courtyard where it is possible to park scooters or bicycles, and where the washing machine is located, the entrance overlooks the majestic kitchen where you will find all the basic equipment to prepare lunches or dinners (microwave, oven, hob, fridge with freezer), on the right there is the bathroom with shower, passing further we find a dining room corner and a sofa with TV, which can become a single bed, the spacious and bright living room has a double function , the sofa bed will transform it into a bedroom for the night with breathtaking awakenings because it is exposed on the terrace overlooking the sea.
