Wonderful place to be

The house was very clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace was beautiful with the expansive sea before us, giving a great feast to the eye and eating the human spirit it was very quite and the sofa turned into a bed was comfortable. .nothing more to ask for. I had a problem before arrival, and that was well handled and solved by both Christian and Rudiana Thank you very much. Will surely return someday.

Vista splendida, ottima posizione e nell’appartamento si trova tutto il necessario. A pochi passi da Camogli e qualcosa di più da Recco. Comodo posto auto. Il monolocale è ampio e comodo. Tornerei!

L’host è un’agenzia (o simile) e ti fa registrare i dati su una piattaforma terza e la procedura è abbastanza noiosa. Il bello di Booking è prenotare con un click e qui non è stato possibile. Un po’ impersonale come gestione. Do comunque 9 perché quello che cercavo era la vista mare e quella è impagabile.

Capodanno in coppia al mare

L'ottima posizione dell'appartamento, equidistante da Camogli e Recco raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, contesto molto tranquillo con vista mare superlativa da una terrazza meravigliosa. Si trova tutto il necessario per cucinare, in dotazione lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani. Utile parcheggio privato a pochi metri dall'ingresso indipendete dell'appartamento.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Eine nette, kleine Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl Supermärkte als auch der Strand und das Zentrum sind gut erreichbar (mit Auto oder zu Fuß). Wer mit dem Zug kommt muss gute Fitness mitbringen; mit dem Auto steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Auch die Nachbaren waren nett und ruhig. Haustiere sind willkommen, das fanden wir schön. Das Check-in funktionierte reibungslos mit guter Anleitung (Gastgeber nicht vor Ort, hat Informationen weitergegeben, hat gut geklappt). Der Gastgeber ist nett und antwortet schnell. Zusammenfassung: gute Unterkunft und Service

Es waren in der Küche kein Öl und Gewürze vorhanden (Salz und Pfeffer gab es). Wir waren am Anfang etwas gefordert mit dem Gasherd, da wir so einen noch nie benutzt hatten. Wir haben es aber schnell gelernt :)

Nettes Zimmer aber zu viele negative Nebensächlichkeiten.

Schöner Ausblick und gute Ausstattung.

Leider war viel des Geschirrs nicht sauber, was nicht akzeptabel ist. Kurz vor Checkout wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Tourismusgebühr noch bezahlt werden müsse, was ein Betrag von 24 Euro ist. Diesen solle ich per PayPal überweisen oder bar in der Wohnung lassen. Allerdings habe ich die Hälfte dieser Gebühr (also für eine Person) bereits über booking.com bezahlt. Hätte ich das nicht extra nochmal überprüft, wären mir so nochmal extra 12€ abgenommen worden. Zwar weiß ich nicht, ob das absichtlich passiert ist, aber da diese Gebühren immer bei Booking.com buchungen bereits (zum Teil) bezahlt werden, muss der Gastgeber das Ganze eigentlich wissen. Außerdem wurden für den Online-Check-In viel zu viele Informationen abgefragt (unter anderem wurde ein aktuelles Selfie benötigt, was bei anderen Hotels in Italien nicht notwendig ist). Ich erwarte, dass ein Hotel, in das ich reise, so wenig Informationen über mich erhebt, wie notwendig sind, und mich nicht mit so einem Unsinn nervt.

Katastrophal

Falsche Nummer mitgeteilt, mussten lange die Schlüsselbox suchen und erahnen, um welche Tür es sich handelte, dann der Gestank, es hat nach Hund gerochen, wurde gelogen, dass Tiere nicht erlaubt seien und der Gestank nicht von der Unterkunft kommen könne, der Blick ist auf einen Friedhof, unten fahren Züge entlang, auf Reklame hin wurde man ignoriert, die schlechteste Erfahrung die ich bisher gemacht habe mit einer Unterkunft

Terribile lo sconsiglio vivamente

Mi è piaciuta la terrazza dalla quale si gode una vista stupenda. niente altro

Innanzitutto non c'era la camera da letto come scritto sull'annuncio ma un divano letto, non c'era il bidet come invece era scritto sull'annuncio. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione alta e non ha niente intorno raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
