Excellent location, just outside the ZTL, with a few steps to the promenade, beach, port, and train station. Located on a 5th floor of a historic building with preserved original features, characteristic of the area, which add to the experience. Lovely sea breeze and views through the windows. Very welcoming and helpful host Paolo. Pizzeria Del Duca downstairs serves amazing pizzas and seafood dishes.
The only thing to mention is the condition of the washing machine which requires cleaning...
