Outdoor Oasis off Beach and Atlantic

My kids and I loved our stay! Such a great house, location, floor plan and outdoor space. We made a fire in the outdoor pit twice, watched sports outdoors, played games under the covered area and my kids played in the pool (it was too cool for me bc the pool isn’t heated but kids didn’t mind). The backyard is very private and was great place to lounge. The house had everything we needed including plenty of beach chairs to borrow. The neighborhood is cute, quiet and safe. Very clean house and we saw zero bugs inside. Host was great and responded very quickly every time. The area is full of stores and restaurants. Best of all, the house is only 13 minutes from the beach and Beaches Town Center where you’ll find great restaurants and cute shops. You have to go there.

There were some minor hiccups at arrival, but they were easily remedied. The pool had a bit of debris in it, and I let the host know and the pool service guy was out there before 8 am the next day to get it cleaned. I had asked that the house not have too much fragrance, and they kindly made sure or it. The house was well appointed and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that there were a variety of types of pillows. I always bring my own pillow, but I needn't have as they provided high-quality pillows. The towels were excellent quality and large. The washer and dryer were great to have with children. My children and grandchildren joined me and it was SO much fun. It was sensible to have water/food friendly dining room chairs as they wipe up easily, which is important with a 2 and 6 year old. I was impressed that fragrance-free, allergy sensitive laundry detergent was provided. Very thoughtful especially for families with children. I also loved that the exits to the pool, with the exception of the toilet room that was accessible from the primary suite and the pool deck, were all sliding glass doors, which neither of the g-babies could open, so I did not have to fret about them getting to the pool deck inadvertently unsupervised. Additionally, I absolutely LOVED the aesthetic. When I saw the artwork in the dining room and the shared bath, I knew my (adult) kids were going to love the place. I'll just say: the rug tied the whole room together. ;)
