Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This property is located only 5 minutes from Five Points and is in a very walkable neighborhood. Take a stroll down to Williams Brice Stadium to see the Gamecocks score a touchdown! Or take advantage of our countless bars and restaurants with live music located in Five Points. This property is a cozy 2 bedroom home with character and charm.
Please, no smoking inside the building by any means. Any odor of smoke may result in us charging additionally to remove the odor.
No unregistered guests with out the Host's approval beforehand.
No parties or gatherings, either occurs will result in $500 fee.

Nice home near campus. We were staying for a swim meet, which was very close/convenient. The home is nice, with a nicely updated kitchen. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was a great stay! Our family enjoyed our stay. It can get warm during the day inside the house and some of the night but cools off during the night as you sleep.

House was well furnished and attractive. Loved the kitchen area. Loved the location’s closeness to the places l needed to visit. Quiet neighborhood off the beaten path of traffic.Few glitches: a/c air vents blocked by furniture made cooling the house difficult. Yard had so much potential, but needed maintenance. Overall, the good things outweighed the little things.
