Loved everything. Highly recommend. Great location, amenities, comfy bed, loved the patio and the easy access to pool, great wifi - everything was perfect.
Despite being a great rental, I still think the price is insanely expensive for an apartment rental in Columbia, SC, ESPECIALLY on a non-football week.

Love this location, easy access. Available parking for no extra fee. Great to have a full fridge, kitchen amenities available. Easy to communicate with gentleman, worked with us with flexible timing to pick up key for entrance into unit. Pool, lovely outdoor seating nearby. So happy to stay here again.
Air conditioning was adequate. Apartment was cool and comfortable - although needed to use a few fans throughout apartment to circulate cool air from window unit. Was grateful for owners problem solving - 2 weeks prior, we had a message that unit may not be available due to air conditioning issue. We didn't want to stay anywhere else. Thank you!
