The two airy bedrooms one with a king-size bed, the other with a queen are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind. The shared spa-like bathroom is clean, calming, and functional, with plenty of natural light.
Out back, you'll find a lush private garden with a pool, surrounded by palms and tropical greenery. Enjoy lazy afternoons on the sun loungers, cocktails under the pergola, or dinner al fresco on the spacious deck.
This is a real home, lived in and loved ideal for one or two couples or a small family looking for peace, style, and connection. And when you're ready to explore, you're minutes from Biscayne Bay, Wynwood, the Design District, and Miami's best local spots. Walking distance to children's and dog park within the gated community.
Available as a summer rental. July 1 - Sept 31. Sublease required. Background check. Professional cleaning will be required once monthly at renters cost of $200 per month. Minimum 30 night stay. This is my personal home and I ask you please treat it as your own :)
