Security of the location and the decor. The beds were comfortable with well decorated and accommodating furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. I loved the cooling units. We were really comfortable. Being within walking distance of eateries was nice as well.
The unit next to ours was an adjoining unit separating the units with a door locked with a slip lock only. That made us a bit uneasy. The occupants were extremely noisy until late night Friday and I had an early flight which caused me to get little rest.
There were lots of baby spiders in windows and larger ones on walls or hanging from the ceiling suggesting that the unit had not been used in a while.
