The Bianco

The staff is truly exceptional, attentive, warm, and quick to resolve any situation that comes up. You can genuinely tell they care about making your stay a great one. The property itself is a beautiful space with a lovely art deco aesthetic that gives it so much character. The rooms are spotless and decorated with real thoughtfulness and charm. One thing worth noting for anyone considering it: what Booking describes as a "sofa bed" is really more of a cot. It doesn't appear in the photos, so I wanted to flag it for anyone who might be wondering. Personally it worked fine for me since I don't move around much in my sleep, but it's definitely something to keep in mind depending on your needs. Also worth mentioning: the bus stop is just across the street, so you're really well connected. A great bonus if you're planning to explore the city!

The parking was very close to our room and easy to access with the drivethrough entry and exit.

I wasn't aware that I would be relying on electronic communications and therefore didn't check my email or text communications as frequently as I should have.

Excelente limpeza, acomodação impecável, a cama INCRÍVEL e em especial a mascotinha Ianca, que até dormiu conosco, fomos muito felizes durante toda a estadia! Recomendo 100%!

The cleaner Mariel was lovely and very helpful.

Never anyone that works there on site there, no one was there for check in at 3 either. Had to wait for ages. No coffee making/kettle facilities in room, had to go to reception to make morning coffee, got brutally screamed at by woman who’s room was right by reception and didn’t like me waking up early for coffee. Mold in the bathroom everywhere, cheap amazon furniture, have to pay for extra towels, advertises as a hotel, clearly a motel. Harassed into giving a 10 star review at the end of my stay, with 0 concern as to how my stay went.
