The Bianco

Easy to find, very good location and the apartment was very good for the price

Being s bit picky, the pillows could have been improved

Alles was perfect

The location was perfect; very clean and the staff qas very professional and helpful. Great stay.

Nothing

The cleaner Mariel was lovely and very helpful.

Never anyone that works there on site there, no one was there for check in at 3 either. Had to wait for ages. No coffee making/kettle facilities in room, had to go to reception to make morning coffee, got brutally screamed at by woman who’s room was right by reception and didn’t like me waking up early for coffee. Mold in the bathroom everywhere, cheap amazon furniture, have to pay for extra towels, advertises as a hotel, clearly a motel. Harassed into giving a 10 star review at the end of my stay, with 0 concern as to how my stay went.
