The home’s contemporary design is complemented by an open-concept living area featuring a flat-screen TV and balcony access, offering a bright and inviting place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances and flows seamlessly into a spacious dining area with a large table that seats everyone for shared meals and game nights.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a king bed, private balcony access, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also offer king beds and access to full hallway bathrooms, providing both comfort and convenience. The fourth bedroom is designed with groups or kids in mind, featuring two full-over-full bunk beds and a private ensuite bathroom.
A Beta Life House is a 7-minute walk to the beach access. Whether you're gathering indoors or enjoying the breeze from one of the balconies, A Beta Life House delivers a chic and comfortable Gulf Coast getaway.
This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.
CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

This property was advertised as pet free, which is what we wanted because we had two grandchildren that are highly allergic to pet hair. The house was clean, except the living room rug and bedroom rugs were full of pet hair I’m assuming from the owners since this is a new house. The house itself was clean but the rugs were horrible. I wasn’t even upset about it, until I just realized they charged me 30 extra cleanup fee for excessive pet hair that we left which isn’t true, we don’t have pets because of our grandkids. No matter how many times we vacuumed the rug with their vacuum cleaner, our socks got covered in pet hair in minutes. I have reached out to liquid life which is who handled the booking. Hopefully they are going to adjust the 30. The 30 charge is irrelevant it’s the principle of it. It was clear that someone had pets there because there were leashes hanging in the closet. I apologize for the one star rating on cleaning because the house really was clean except for the rugs, but a 30 extra cleaning charge really lit me up.
