The Accommodation
This stylish and modern apartment is located in a quiet area just a 10-minute walk from the train station. It features 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed. If needed, two single beds and a crib can be added, allowing a total of eight adults and one child to stay in the apartment. The spacious living room, with its XXL sofa, is perfect for relaxing. From the spacious balcony, you can even see the mountains when the weather is nice. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a table that seats 8 people, is perfect for enjoying leisurely cooking evenings. The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as an additional toilet. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a staircase (no elevator). Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Free parking is available for guests arriving by car. Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair—children up to 2 years old stay with us free of charge.
Location and Surroundings
The train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and from there it’s another 10 minutes to the city center with its cafes, bars, and restaurants. If you prefer, you can also take the bus to the city center; the bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the vacation rental. The clinics in Bad Aibling are also easily accessible.
The Bad Aibling thermal baths look forward to your visit, and the Triftbach and Mangfall streams invite you to enjoy lovely walks. The beautiful Alpine foothills await you! If you’re drawn to the mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Schliersee, or Lake Tegernsee, you won’t have to drive far. You’ll be there in just half an hour by car. And if you want to take a detour to Munich—you’ll get there quickly via the A8 as well.
