Welcome to our luxurious vacation rental in Kölpinsee on the beautiful island of Usedom! With a spacious 66 square meters and first-class amenities, our vacation home promises an unforgettable vacation.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a covered balcony with a height-adjustable table and comfortable armchairs. This balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room and offers a relaxing view of the surroundings.
The spacious living room features a comfortable leather couch and an armchair, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedroom has a double bed and a fold-out bed, so it can comfortably accommodate up to three people.
The accessible bathroom is equipped with a wheelchair-accessible shower featuring a built-in seat, grab bars, and a swivel showerhead. There are no fixed shower walls, making it particularly comfortable to use.
For pure relaxation, an infrared sauna is available, which seats two people and can be heated to up to 60 degrees. A washing machine is also provided to make your stay as convenient as possible.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and provides all the necessary appliances and utensils. For barbecue enthusiasts, an electric grill is available both indoors and on the balcony.
