The light-filled first floor welcomes you with a state-of-the-art built-in kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Right next to it, you’ll find the sunny terrace, which invites you to relax and enjoy yourself with a cozy beach chair and stylish patio furniture.
Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, each sleeping two people, ensuring restful nights. The two modern bathrooms—one on the first floor and the other on the upper floor—provide additional comfort and are equipped with walk-in showers and mirrors with soft backlighting.
The entire apartment is heated by comfortable underfloor heating during the cooler months, so you can always enjoy cozy warmth even in the off-season. The UBB train station and the surrounding bike paths are right nearby, so you can easily explore the region.
