Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a lawn and patio furniture to the front. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, this is a non-smoking property. There is a shop within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.2 miles. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate can be made available upon request. There is also Rutland Water Golf Course overlooking the lake. The Midlands is packed with lovely towns and cities that are worth visiting, the train station in Oakham offers access to places such as Nottingham and Leicester with their great shopping and stunning buildings.
