We offer you a stylish vacation home in a quiet neighborhood, just 900 meters from the beach. Our property was recently renovated in 2024.
Here, you can enjoy all the comforts on our 100 m² terrace, complete with a delightful jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the mango and avocado trees. We’re located in a residential complex with a large communal pool in the Axarquia region.

The penthouse features 55 m² of indoor living space. The kitchen opens onto the outdoors, where you can enjoy a terrace measuring a whopping 100 m²!! One section is covered and features a dining table, television, and lounge area... This is where you live outdoors! The other section is open-air. It’s ideal for dining al fresco or barbecuing, admiring nature, chilling out in one of the cozy nooks, and—last but not least—relaxing in our “vivo spa” hot tub.
There’s also a shared swimming pool.

Wi-Fi and Netflix are available for your use. The coffee table can be extended if needed. There’s a large ceiling fan that you can adjust to different settings using the remote control. Board games are available in the cabinet. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
The recliner has buttons on both sides to raise the leg rests—so relaxing! The washing machine is located on the covered patio; you can hang your laundry on the provided drying rack or on the clothesline outside. An ironing board and iron are also available.

The kitchen opens onto the large terrace. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need: a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a cutting board, Tupperware containers, and so much more. You’re also welcome to use the spices, dishwashing tablets, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and so on.
The newly renovated kitchen is equipped with all household appliances: a coffee maker, toaster, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a microwave.

In the bathroom, you can enjoy a relaxing shower in the practical walk-in shower with a rain showerhead.
The bathroom also includes a hair dryer and several rolls of toilet paper, as well as large and small towels.

The Exotic Room is the largest room. There is a large storage space under the bed where you can store your suitcases and other items. Of course, the bedding is included in the price, as are the towels in the bathroom.
There’s a fan hanging above the new double bed, but an air conditioner also provides cooling and heating here.


The beach room is the second bedroom. Always very popular with young people because of its cozy decor, it instantly gives you that vacation feeling. As you can see, there’s plenty of storage space in the large closet. There’s also plenty of space under the double bed. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are also included here.
