Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful and quiet private urbanisation on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar). The typically Andalusian houses are carefully distributed throughout the urbanisation and each has a beautiful terrace with views of the sea, Almayate beach and the mountains. The spacious roof terrace (4 x10) offers beautiful views of the sea and mountains and is furnished with BBQ area and all amenities. Sunbeds are ready for sunbathing. Upstairs, there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful sea and mountain views and a BBQ area. A lovely place to enjoy your day in the evening. The urbanisation has a large communal pool with plenty of space around for sunbathing. The pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighbouring urbanisation including a gym and paddle court and a children's pool and playground for the little ones. Casa Valle Niza is the ideal place to enjoy your Mediterranean holidays, just 500 metres from the beach. The property offers every comfort in a quiet environment. You can relax in the communal pool. Renting a car is essential if you book our house, as the restaurants and shops are nearby but not within walking distance.
