About this villa rental
A one-bedroom apartment in a two-family home, located on the first floor and accommodating 4 people. Living room with a French-style sofa bed. Two double bedrooms, separate bathroom with a hair dryer and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, a pod coffee machine, and a toaster. Two private areas with small terraces on the first floor, charcoal grill. Front garden area dedicated to Casa Giuly.
The apartment is air-conditioned for optimal comfort in both summer and winter. Equipped with fire extinguishers.
The property is equipped with external perimeter video surveillance for security purposes, a video intercom that can also be accessed remotely, and an internal alarm system dedicated to the apartment, available for guests’ use.
