Welcome! Our modern semi-basement suite offers a comfortable stay with two spacious bedrooms featuring queen-size beds, a cozy living room with a sofabed, TV, and a dining area. The suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, essential cooking utensils, and in-suite laundry for added convenience. Our suite is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in North Delta, close to highways that connect you to Richmond (YVR Airport), Burnaby, New Westminster and Surrey. The Nordel Centre is just a short walk away which has a grocery store and many coffee and casual eats options.
** You’ll have exclusive access to the lower/basement area, you won’t be sharing it with anyone else.
** Full instructions for accessing the suite will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your arrival.

There are other tenants residing on the upper level of the house.
