This was an absolutely perfect week in an idyllic spot. The house was very well appointed and had lovely warm, welcoming touches. Kayaking on Junior Lake and Duck Lake was amazing! We saw loons and bald eagles and tons of frogs! On the shore and around the property, we saw red foxes and lots of chipmunks and squirrels. There are a couple of hummingbird feeders which get A LOT of activity so there are hummingbirds flitting around and chattering from morning to night. The property was so peaceful - perfect for a relaxing getaway away from everything without sacrificing the amenities of home. Sean was incredibly responsive leading up to the rental and throughout our stay including afterwards. He and Paulette made our stay very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Our overall experience was great with this property. Our week started off with a message that gave us direction to the place. Do not use your GPS. The cabin was in excellent condition and had some very nice touches (fresh flowers, very cozy environment, hummingbird feeder was full). It was like checking into home. Anything and everything you could have asked for was available. During the week, we enjoyed the kayaks, tubes, the deck by the lake, the dock, the water, and the fire pit. The screened in porch was nice to relax in and get a breeze during the day. The table on the sun porch provided a great view for family dinners and games. A truly great week at a fantastic cabin on a very quiet Maine lake!
