Only 2.5 miles to the beach, walking distance to shopping and amenities, and only 15 minutes to Daytona Beach/ 25 minutes to New Smyrna Beach, 15 minutes to the Daytona speedway 1 hour from Orlando and attractions makes for the perfect vacation spot!

Our stay was amazing! The host is super communicative, kind, and accommodating. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and she felt so special. Property was perfect, pool was great! We will definitely be recommending to family that comes to town often.

Couldn't ask for anything better. Kaitlynn & Nick went above and beyond to accommodate my 83 year old mother. Accommodations were perfect(clean, up to date and everything you need to enjoy your stay). The pool area was inviting with refreshing water, blooming pants/bushes and birds singing all day. The property was neat and maintained. The neighborhood was quite and perfect for a walk to the sugar mill. You couldn't ask for a better location close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. I couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy the time with my mother. Thank you for allowing us to create some core memories.
