Welcome to our little piece of Port Orange Paradise. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, which makes it a nice hideaway within walking distance or a short drive of all that Port Orange / Daytona Beach has to offer. Upon entry, you'll have a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving breakfast on the patio. Prepare meals and snacks in the modern kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and a formal expandable dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures. Close to Daytona International Airport (15 min.) and Orlando Airports (75 min) for close-by travel. Our place is nicely situated to access the Beach (15 min), Daytona Speedway (15 min), Orlando Parks (75-90 min), and Cape Canaveral Space Center (1 hour). We have several local restaurant options within a 5–10-minute walk and more via short 5-minute car ride. Groceries, Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, are also a short 5-minute drive away. We provide beach towels, some sand toys, and a wagon to make your beach time fun and easier. Plus, to ensure your entertainment needs are met, we offer streaming services, and for your convenience, there's free parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking, too. We can accommodate large trailers for our motorcycle and race enthusiasts, who love our location and the ability to park their bikes inside our garage.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under 25 for the reservation duration.

Excellent house with beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, nice beds, very attentive and helpful host, quiet and nice neighborhood, close to everything you need. We will stay here whenever we come to the Daytona area if vailable- one of the best rentals we’ve come across on all our vacations.

This property was easy to find, very convenient for everything we wanted to do, and a great value! I appreciated the master suite and the master bath room. My adult kids enjoyed the other rooms for themselves. We felt safe nestled on the culdesac and loved all of the amenities in the area. The ice cream shop within a short walk was cool although we didn’t use the foot path. I would utilize this property again if I travel to Daytona Beach again!

After a long day it was comforting to come back to a peaceful place. Plenty of cooking supplies. Games for kids and adults. Furniture was well maintained. Had small issue with kitchen slider and was resolved quickly. Maintenence man comminuted with us quickly and resolved the issue at our convenience. Convenient to many attractions.

The house, location, size, amenities, privacy, and quiet neighborhood was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, glassware, dishes - everything. The floor plan was wonderful providing a large open living, kitchen & dining rooms. The bedrooms were comfortable sleeping & loved the primary being seperated frpm bedroom 2 & 3. Georgous bathroom. Highly recomend this home!
