Apartment in a villa on the ground floor, located in an elegant condominium directly by the sea, about 3 km from Procchio.
You have a large outdoor terrace with a wonderful sea view, equipped with a table, chairs and sofas. The apartment consists of a living area, kitchen and three bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, one single with a sofa bed (which can become a double), and another single. There is a second bathroom with shower for the other two bedrooms. Two parking spaces are available nearby within the condominium area. The apartment is equipped with TV, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
There are two private paths to the sea: one leads to a platform for condominium use, the other goes down to the sandy beach of Paolina. Suitable for 4/5 people.
Bed linen and towels are available on request on site, with service available for an extra fee.
