Idyllic house to enjoy with the family, it has an spectacular Suite in a circular tower with views to the pool, two double rooms with an access to a big terrace, two individual rooms and three bathrooms (one of them in the ground floor). In the upper floor you can find the solarium with panoramic views.
The house has a big outdoor area with garden, sun loungers, and an exceptional barbacue.
Enjoy waking up surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Feel the sea breeze without losing sight of “the big city” Barcelona and all its amazing leisure and cultural offer.

Village located in a place ideal to enjoy a holiday or a season stay just 20 min away from Barcelona. It has the best of the sea and the best of the mountain. You can either enjoy a nice swim in the Mediterranean cost or go hiking and trekking.
In addition, this land produces some excellent wines with DO Alella so you should not miss a tasting or visit their wineries.
Transport: The train runs every 10 min and links with Plaza Catalunya in 30 min or the Costa Brava in 50 min

HOUSE'S RULES
- Take care of the house as if it were your own
- Respect the rules of coexistence and rest
- Do not make loud noises after 10pm
- You can not use the fireplace.
- It is forbidden to touch the mechanisms of the pool (Timer and water treatment).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment
- Leave the house as you found, throw the trash in the relevant containers
- In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, the cost of this will be deducted from the deposit.
- Passport or DNI details should be provide to the property to be reported to Spanish police
- The tourist tax is not included and it should be paid by the guest.
- All payments should be by bank.
-The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay according to the policies. It may take 7 days to make the return order.
- Due to new regulations, an additional extra cost will be charged in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
