Once we were able to locate the property, we found it beautiful, well-maintained, and in a safe area close to the waterfront. It was also easy to find places to eat and buy groceries during our stay. The air conditioning worked well, and the attention to environmental sustainability much appreciated.

It was difficult to contact the host in person or by phone, especially as we were on foot with luggage and had no place to connect to internet while looking for the site; there are several doors and we unfortunately waited hours before realizing we had been attempting to enter the wrong door using the code given. It would be great if there were a number to call or text, and a name. We were unable to locate the laundry facilities on the second day. Clearly the property is well-maintained and located in a relatively-quiet area, with comfortable furniture and supplied with soap, towels, and other amenities. But with no individual host or reception area, we were exhausted by the time we were able to access the apartment. It might also be helpful to have information provided about local grocery stores, restaurants and cafes, etc. in the booklet rather than only online.

Location, near to the beach. Near to the train station/public transport. There are couple supermarkets (food store) in walking distance, nice local clothing shops and coffee shops/restaurants. Apartment provided the beach umbrella, we appreciate that, thank you. Kitchenette was small but well functional. All appliances were provided and were in good condition. TV, A/C, functional, thanks.

Got confused in the beginning to enter the property, realised I did not follow the instruction property, was my bad luck. This property has a huge door on one side of the road where we got stucked for some time (reached there following the Google map). We called the office and came to know that ours was on the same building but had to go from the back (different road). Later I found those information were sent to my email by the management team.

The apartment was good and the location fine for getting a train into the city. A few good local shops.

Finding it was difficult, the instructions were confusing, and we needed help from a person in the same apartment group who had problems also before we arrived. The facilities were ok but appliances lacked any instructions. The parking once we found it was good but difficult to find the entrance. If you had been part of the team that put it all together…fine….but if not, details were vague at best.

Peaceful and safe surroundings, neighborhood close to the train station, sea view. Double bed comfortable.

Questionable cleanliness of the accommodation – dirty walls, stained curtains, stained towels, overall insufficient cleanliness. Owners demand that you clean appartement behind you while walls are dirty on your arrival, as well as towels with stains and bed sheet on the sofa 🤨 Very poor sound insulation –and this is not the first feedback, owners are aware, nothing improved obviously. The apartment above us can be heard completely; every step and noise is audible, there is absolutely no soundproofing. When a motorcycle passes down the street, it feels like it went straight through your room. The kitchen has very little cookware, and only a small number of dishwasher tablets. The chek in process is fully automated – you communicate the entire time with a chatbot and receive instructions by email. At checkout, they require that absolutely everything be left exactly as it was: the apartment arranged, towels placed in the bathroom, bed linen tightened, trash bins cleaned, dishes washed. Essentially, you are expected to clean the apartment yourself, and on top of that they take a €150 deposit. In winter, heating is provided by an air conditioner, and the apartment is quite cold when you first enter. You go all the way down the stairs to reach the apartment, so there isn’t much space. The sofa in the living room is suitable for one adult or two small children, and it is difficult to open and close. Nothing interesting in the neighborhood
