About this apartment rental
Our beautiful, quietly located vacation apartment “Friesentied” (upper floor) is situated in a very central location in East Frisia—600 meters from the town center and 350 meters from the forest.
To offer guests a cozy and comfortable stay, the apartment was completely remodeled and renovated in 2025.
The vacation rental’s central location offers many recreational activities. The Heseler Forest (approx. 350 meters), the East Frisia Hiking Trail, and the German Fehn Route are all in the immediate vicinity and are perfect for walks and especially for bike rides.
Overall, Hesel is very easy to reach by car via the A28 and A31. The vacation apartment is also easily accessible by public transportation via bus line 460 from the Leer train station. The bus stop is 600 meters away.

Friesentied Vacation Rental:
The vacation rental has its own parking space and main entrance. The living area is furnished with a cozy seating area and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The exterior door leads directly to a rooftop terrace. Here, you can enjoy the fresh East Frisian air or, for example, have a leisurely breakfast in the morning. A grill (WMF electric grill) is also available there.
The new, spacious built-in kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction cooktop, Senseo coffee maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, fridge-freezer combo, etc.).
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower. A new washing machine is available for optional use in the utility room. A lockable garage with charging capabilities (for e-bikes) is available for two bicycles. A car charging station (wallbox) is also available upon request.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
