About this house rental
The agency Cocoonr/ Book&Pay offers for rent, in the town of Boulogne-Billancourt, this charming house with an area of 350 m2 and can accommodate up to 14 travelers. It consists of a nice living room of 50 m 2, a kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 350 m 2. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
Housing consists of the following:
Basement:
- A sleeping area organized in small living room with a double sofa bed and two single beds, and a large laundry room
Ground Floor:
- A bright living room of 50m2 with sofas,
- A dining room,
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC,
- A changing room
1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
-2nd floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) as well as a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140x190) as well as a bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 5: a double bed (140x190)
- A separate bathroom with bath and toilet
- A game room with table football
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, fan, table and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful bright garden of 350 m 2, facing south with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- A 45m2 terrace located on the first floor, facing south and without vis-à-vis, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The house is ideally located in Boulogne-Billancourt, in a very nice environment. You can benefit from all essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- Visit the boulevard Jean Jaurès, with its shops, lively cafes and chic village atmosphere
- The Bois de Boulogne, walks or bike rides, romantic lakes, picnic areas and secret gardens to get off without leaving the city
- The hippodrome of Longchamp, a large area dedicated to horse races, ideal for spending a pleasant time between sport, nature and friendly atmosphere
-A 45-minute drive from Paris
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, paid parking is frequently available on the adjacent streets. You can also park in the public parking Notre Dame, also paying, 5-7 minutes walk.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the metro, station Boulogne Jean Jaurès.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Pont du Garigliano train station 20min by car
- Nearest airport: Paris Orly Airport 30min by car
