About this cottage rental
Welcome to a quaint lakeside cottage with 2 cozy bedrooms! Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. This amazing property also offers a lovely living room with a queen sofa bed for extra guests. The home has WiFi and both bedrooms, and the living room have a smart tv.
There is a circle drive that could easily park 4 cars so feel free to bring your boat. We have an exterior plug on the front porch for charging. The nearest boat ramp is located less than 1 mile away.
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you need to prepare a meal. Outside a charcoal grill is provided, but you would need to bring your own charcoal.
We provide starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. For longer stays you may need to bring or purchase extra.
In the Kitchen-
Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, lemon pepper, meat tenderizer, salt and pepper
Regular & Decaf Coffee and a variety of hot teas and cocoa
Regular and French vanilla coffee mate powder creamer
Sugar and flour
Enjoy the lake view from the screened in back porch, a porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. We do have water access, but if swimming, water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. The property is on a hill. The walk down isn’t bad but the walk up will test your health.

We are pet lovers ourselves and understand how hard it can be to leave your furry friend behind. Pets are allowed, we just ask you follow a couple of rules:
•Please crate when left alone.
•Pets are *not allowed on the furniture*.
Pet hair is extremely tough to remove from bedding and upholstery. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness for all guests, there is not an exception to this rule and a fee could be assessed. If needed please bring your own materials to protect the furniture.
•There is a small, fenced area.
•The neighbor does have outside dogs in a fenced yard approximately 40 yards away. They will bark until they get use to your presence.

It was so nice to have a quiet place to relax at night. Great views of the lake and a huge yard. Host was prompt on responses to questions and was easily reached. Fabulous little getaway and soooo much better than a hotel. I will reach out for the same property next time I am in the area.

Our stay was Simply Perfect!! We LOVED this house!!! The decor was Perfect…the view was Perfect….the House was Perfect!! We definitely recommend this house!! Hoping we can find our way back here to stay again!!

The property was very peaceful! Enjoyed the screened in back porch! Reminded me of my grandmothers house when I was young !

Everything was lovely. We went fishing and caught/released around 6 just off the shore. Listing was accurate, however, I would want future visitors to know that there is not adequate internet for streaming and there are only 8 or so provided dvds-most are for kids.
