Welcome to this Cannes house full of character, located in the residential area of Les Mûriers, in Cannes la Bocca. Completely renovated, air-conditioned and carefully furnished, it offers a peaceful, comfortable and friendly setting, perfect for holidays with family or friends. Just a 20-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute drive from the centre of Cannes, it combines tranquillity and accessibility.
With a total surface area of 160 m², the house is organised on two levels and consists of several living spaces allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy while sharing convivial moments.
It comprises:
4 quiet and air-conditioned bedrooms
3 comfortable living rooms, each with a state-of-the-art TV�PGJyPg1 sofa bed in one of the living rooms, allowing to accommodate additional people
3 fully equipped kitchens: hob, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, refrigerators, coffee makers, utensils...
3 modern bathrooms, recently renovated
A large balcony upstairs, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing moments
All living rooms and bedrooms have air conditioning, for optimal comfort in all seasons.
Outside, a large garden awaits you to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. You will find:
A shaded dining area with barbecue
A petanque area to share convivial moments
A dartboard for small challenges with friends or family
Quiet rest areas to read or relax
The garden is entirely private and accessible directly from the house.
